Would your child like to learn to sing, dance, act, while rehearsing to perform in a Broadway style show? A show in which everyone is the star?  Do you want him to make life long friendships while learning to respect, encourage and support his fellow cast members?  Would you like her to learn the importance of kindness, compassion and commitment while participating in "The Summer She'll Never Forget?"  If so, you may have just encountered the most important web site of his or her life.  All of these values and more are encouraged at SHOWBOAT YOUTHEATRE.  All of our participants have "tons of fun" putting together their show, gently led by a caring and experienced staff of director, choreographer, musical directors and counselors. Showboat Youtheatre emphasizes that each and every child is a star…everyone is on stage for the majority of the show..everyone is encouraged to be a part of a "team", a "familyl" that is working together to finish with a production that they have created "together". They form friendships that last forever.

All enthusiastic and interested children from the age of 7 are welcomed with no prior experience necessary. Your child will learn values for life…while experiencing the time of their life. 

The two week summer camps take place in Valley Village, California. You may join one two week session or all of them. Each production is completed every two weeks. Valley Village is centrally located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley and some transportation is available from the Calabasas area.
